THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- Evacuations are now lifted in The Woodlands.

A gas line that was cut around 11am this morning prompted the evacuation order.

CenterPoint crews remain on the scene in the 2300 block of South Millbend Drive, working to repair the four-inch gas main.

According to reports, several businesses in the area were evacuated near the Randalls, including a daycare center. The gas could be smelled as far as Woodlands Parkway.
