Burglars target store's ATM, steal $1,600 in cash

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are looking for a pair of burglars who broke into a north Harris County store and managed to steal cash from the ATM inside.

It happened at the Quick Food Store this morning off East Canino Road near Northline Drive.

Surveillance video shows two men using a pry bar to break into the store. Once inside, they pried open the ATM and stole about $1,600.

The owner has owned the business for a year and a half, and says he has been broken into about six times. Several months ago, a truck crashed into his business but didn't steal anything.
