Alleged red-light runner blamed for north Houston car wreck

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An alleged red-light runner may be to blame for an accident which sent one man to the hospital in north Houston.

It happened around midnight on the North Loop feeder road and Hardy.

Authorities tell us a white suburban and a black car crashed in the intersection. Two people were inside each vehicle. So far, no word on which driver was at fault.

A man in the black car had to be cut out of the wreckage and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

No one else was seriously injured.
