2 Spring ISD schools placed on lockdown after police activity

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- Two Spring ISD schools were placed on lockdown Tuesday afternoon after police activity near the campuses, school officials confirmed.

Jenkins Middle School and Deuitt Middle School were placed on lockdown as a precaution.

No other details have been released.
