2 dead after car slams into big rig on Sam Houston Tollway feeder

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two people died in a wreck on the Sam Houston Tollway feeder road near Tidwell this morning.

Right now, two feeder lanes are blocked.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office says a big rig was hauling pipes to a company when he pulled over to make sure he was at the right address.

The driver told deputies he heard a loud noise and when he went to the back of his big rig, he saw a Chevy had slammed right into the rear of his truck. The two people inside the car were killed.

Cars are now inching past that deadly accident on the Sam Houston Parkway Feeder.
