Mayor Turner to announce plan to combat human trafficking

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner is expected to announce a plan today to combat human trafficking in our area.

A release from the mayor's office says it will be the "city's first anti-human trafficking strategic plan."
