HOUSTON (KTRK) -- We now know how much it'll cost the University of Houston to have Matthew McConaughey deliver the commencement address this May.
According to the university, there's a $135,000 speaker fee and a commission for booking agency Celebrity Talent International of $20,251. Travel expenses will also be covered.
In a statement, the University of Houston told Eyewitness News that McConaughey is donating all speaking fees to the JK Livin Foundation, an organization the actor started designed to empower high school students by providing them with tools to lead active lives.
