Wrecker driver finds gunshot victim off the Gulf Freeway

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A wrecker driver stumbled upon a man who was shot inside a vehicle in southeast Houston.

Investigators are at the scene where that man was found off the Gulf Freeway near Glenbrook Drive.

The victim was rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head, but we're not sure who the victim is or his condition.

There are no details yet on why that man was shot.
