Machete confiscated by TSA at Chicago airport

CHICAGO, IL -- A man was stopped at O'Hare Airport Thursday when a machete was found in his carry-on baggage.

The man was headed for an American Airlines flight to Minnesota when TSA agents found this machete in his bag.

In a photo released by the TSA, the machete appears to be about 14 inches long. It was confiscated by authorities.

The man was allowed to continue on his trip.
