The team's season includes an international matchup in Week 6 against the Jaguars. Houston's last international game was nearly seven years ago, coincidentally against the Jags on Nov. 3, 2019.

Football is back in Houston! The Texans open their 2026 preseason schedule Thursday night. The team will host the Los Angeles Chargers at Reliant Stadium in a matchup that gives fans their first live look at the players in action.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m., but if you can't make it to Reliant Stadium, we have you covered on ABC13 with Countdown to Kickoff at 6:30 p.m., followed by the game.
