HOUSTON -- Houston Whatever Fest, a new two-day music and comedy festival taking place in the heart of the East End of Downtown on August 9 and 10, 2014, will showcase more than 65 artists on five stages.
The line-up features a diverse mix of music genres and notable comics, along with local food trucks and vendors inside a footprint encompassing Warehouse Live, Lucky's Pub and the EaDo Party Park, the area located behind Lucky's Pub, adjacent to BBVA Compass Stadium.
The line-up features performances from Mute Math, Passion Pit, Filter, Neon Indian, Blonde Redhead, The Hold Steady, Kreayshawn, Rebirth Brass Band, Andrew WK, Trust, The Queers, The Dwarves, Helmet and Local H along with more than 20 musical acts.
Comedians include TJ Miller, Bobcat Goldthwait, Iliza Shlesinger, Sam Demaris, Kumail Nanjiani, Andy Huggins, Bob Biggerstaff, Lisa Fredrick and more than 20 other comedy performers.
