HFD responds to two-alarm apartment fire in north Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Fire officials were able to contain a fire that started as a two-alarm apartment fire in north Houston.

According to HFD, units arrived to find heavy fire extending to the third floor and attic area of the complex, located at 16900 Northcase Drive. The fire was declared under control at 9:46pm. Red Cross was called to assist residents who were affected in the apartment complex.

HFD Arson Bureau is investigating the fire.

No injures were reported.
