BMX racers are ready to take on the world

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A team from Magnoia and Spring is headed to the BMX World Championships in the Netherlands.

They call themselves "Hostile BMX" -- Megan Schwinn, 15; Aram Schwinn, 13; and 11-year-old twins, Hailey and Jaycie Sinclair. Each has previously won a series of races which helped them qualify for invitation to the world championships.

Jaycie says the most important part of any race is to "pay attention, don't talk, concentrate and PEDAL."

The team must raise $3,500 each for the trip to the race, which will be held July 22 - 27 in Rotterdam.
