Let's Eat: Steak Avocado Piada

Chef Jorge Piada from Piada Italian Street Food shows us how to make the ultimate steak wrap. He must be doing something right because he has restaurants from coast to coast including a few in the Houston area.
Here's the recipe:

  • Grilled steak (3.5oz)
  • Roasted sweet corn & tomato salad (2oz)
  • California avocado (1/4 avocado)
  • Arugula (.25 oz)
  • Fresh mozzarella (1.5oz)
  • Pancetta (1 piece)
  • Basil aioli (.5 oz)
  • Hand-rolled in our signature Piada dough (rubbed with olive oil and Italian seasoning)
