Drink up! Texas State Fair introduces Oreo beer

DALLAS, Texas (KTRK) -- The Texas State Fair is known to have unique food items but this year they are introducing a pretty interesting combination.

They're combining cookies and beer.

The concoction is known as Oreo beer.

It's made with an American stout with flavors of vanilla, brown sugar, cream and roasted coffee.

The beer is then topped with Oreo pieces and served in a cup with cream filling and even more cookie crumbs.
