CEDARBURG, WI (KTRK) -- How would you like to cool off with a scoop of ice cream? People in Cedarburg, Wisconsin did in a record-breaking way.

People lined up to get a taste of this giant scoop of ice cream. Guinness World Records was on hand to confirm that it was the largest ice-cream scoop ever! All this creamy goodness weighed in at more than 3,000 pounds!

The ice cream was made by Kemps to celebrate the company's 100th anniversary.
