Rosie Perez is one of the newest hosts on "The View" and it would seem that she has it all together, but even she apparently needs a little guidance.
Perez says she has received advice from mentors her entire life -- most notably, her aunt who taught her how to love and be happy with herself.
The actress and author lists some notable names when it comes to those she looks up to in her career field. "In the entertainment industry, a brief encounter with Oprah, aka 'The Oracle.' Women have been fantastic with me and it keeps going even on the show, 'The View.' Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell have been wonderful towards me and have helped me along the way."
Perez is trying to pay it forward, teaming up with Pine-Sol to launch the "When life stinks, women rise about it" campaign.
It's a free, online mentorship platform as well as a contest with a chance to win prizes including an entire year of free housecleaning services.
