'Dancing' celebs stop by Houston studio to squeeze in practice

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Some local dance students got a real treat over the weekend when two celebrities on "Dancing with the Stars" stopped by to squeeze in some practice.

Fashion designer Betsey Johnson was in town showing off her newest line of active wear at The Woodlands Mall. Before the event on Saturday, Johnson and her dance partner Tony Dovolani spent some time rehearsing their Monday night routine at the Texas Academy of Dance Arts, also known as TADA.

Not only did the dance students get a sneak peek at the routine, the couple spent some time a taking pictures and signing autographs after rehearsing.

"Dancing with the Stars" airs on ABC-13 at 7pm Mondays.
