GALVESTON, TX (KTRK) -- Galveston Island once again transformed its wide streets into a Victorian wonderland that, according to the festival's mantra is a "nod to the ghost of Dickens past and an eye towards the future." The festival, which runs from December 5-7, features food, booths, street entertainment, a parade and costumes galore. Check out the photos above for a peek inside this year's festivities.
