1 of Deshaun Watson's accusers drops lawsuit due to privacy
As Watson's accusers' names go public, one of the women alleging the Texans QB of unwanted sex acts will not go forward with a civil lawsuit against him.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A 23rd civil lawsuit has been filed against Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, claiming he assaulted and harassed a massage therapist.

The woman is named as the plaintiff in the lawsuit.

Editor's note: ABC13 has decided not to publish the names of any of the accusers who have not publicly identified themselves outside of court documents.

According to the suit filed in Harris County on Wednesday afternoon, the woman said she was asked by Watson for a massage even though she is not a licensed massage therapist.

The woman said she eventually agreed. It was during that session that the woman claims Watson assaulted and harassed her by exposing himself, touching her with his penis and groping her.

The civil suit says the victim has suffered mental anguish because of Watson's alleged behavior and is seeking minimal compensatory damages. Earlier Wednesday, one of the women who had filed a civil suit against Watson dropped her case.

The total number of civil lawsuits Watson is facing is 22.

The lawsuits, all originally filed on behalf of Jane Does from March 16 to April 2, allege inappropriate behavior and sexual assault against Watson.
