Day for Night festival lineup revealed; Bjork, Butthole Surfers and Aphex Twin to perform

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Bjork, Butthole Surfers and Aphex Twin are just some of the performers slated to appear at the Day for Night music and arts festival on December 17 and 18 in downtown Houston.



The venue is the former Barbara Jones Post Office at 401 Franklin Street.

Tickets to the two-day art and music festival will be available at 10am on Tuesday, September 6 at www.dayfornight.io. Three ticket levels will be made available. General Admission tickets give two-day access to the art installations as well as all musical performances on three stages. General Admission will start at $150. General Admission + Friday Night Party tickets give access to the festival as well as to a Friday night event hosted by Run The Jewels' Killer Mike with a live DJ set by Bjrk, DJ Windows 98 (Win Butler from Arcade Fire), Kam Franklin and Lightwheel, as well as speaking panels, artist meet and greets and complimentary beverages and light bites. General Admission + Friday Night Party tickets will start at $250. VIP tickets include two-day access to the festival and the Friday Night Party, as well as rapid entry to the festival, exclusive front of stage viewing areas, access to the VIP lounge, complimentary light bites and beverages throughout the festival, complimentary cocktail happy hour and a swag bag with a Day for Night shirt, a limited edition screen printed poster and assorted goodies. VIP tickets start at $700.
