THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands is starting a massive $11 million renovation project, and canceling the annual holiday show to keep things on schedule.
The facility announced today that the Holly Jolly Jingle performance won't happen this year.
Construction will apparently start by the end of this month, with crews building a new VIP club and operations building, putting in new canopies at every entrance and concession stand, and modernizing the dressing rooms.
Construction is expected to last for nine months, but should be done for the start of the 2017 concert season.
