Dozens of cows unleashed on highway after tractor trailer crash in Atlanta

ATLANTA, Georgia (KTRK) -- A bizarre scene unfolded on an Atlanta highway Monday morning when a tractor trailer hauling cattle overturned.

Dozens of cattle were left roaming across the highway for hours.

Two of the cows are still missing and sadly, a few of the animals died as a result of the accident.

Another driver hit and killed one of the cows, and had to be taken to a local hospital.
