FORT BEND CO., TX (KTRK) -- A cow was rescued after several men came to her aid when she found herself stuck in high water.
The rescue happened near Fulshear on Thursday. Former Fort Bend Co. Sheriff's Chief Deputy Craig Brady and some friends set out to rescue the cow.
The men used a boat to pull the cow through the water and then struggled until they were able to get the cow to solid, dry land.
It took a few tries, but the cow finally was able to get up on her own to escape the muddy floodwaters in Fort Bend County.
