How to rock the cold shoulder trend

Nobody wants the cold shoulder, or do you!? You probably know the cold shoulder trend, even if you didn't know that was the name.

It's when you have slits in the shoulder of your shirt, baring a little bit of skin.

Lindsay Mousoudakis, the owner of Muse Houston, says she loves this trend because anybody, any age, any size can wear it, and it can be flattering.

Here are a few tips:

• Cold shoulder can be a little peep of skin right at the shoulder, it can be slits down the sleeve, or it can show off your entire arm. Choose the one that works for your comfort level.
• There are several casual cold shoulder looks, from T-shirts to sweaters, so pick the one that's perfect for you.
• Wear a cold shoulder blouse to work with a blazer over it, and then drop the blazer, and you're ready for a night with girlfriends when the clock hits 5 p.m.
• Take your cocktail looks to the next level. Cold shoulder dresses with long sleeves and with just a cap sleeve give you a trendy and even sexy look without exposing a lot of skin.
