Judge: Sister of girl found dead in fridge to stay with family members

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The five-year-old sister of a girl whose body was found stuffed in a refrigerator will now get to stay with family members.

Ayahna Comb, 9, was found in a refrigerator in an apartment earlier this month. Police say she'd died back in January and her body was put in the fridge, wrapped in a blanket.

CPS says a judge ruled Comb's five-year-old sister can stay with extended family members. Another custody hearing is set in August.
