Multi-car pileup on North Freeway traps 2 in cars

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two people had to be cut out of their cars after a multi-car pileup on the North Freeway.

The chain reaction crash started when a car changed lanes to avoid slow traffic.

The car behind him slammed on the brakes and two other cars hit it. The two people in the car which was hit were both trapped. They were cut out by firefighters and taken to the hospital.
