Uber restores service in Houston after technical issue

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you were having trouble hailing an Uber on Monday, you're not alone.

The rideshare company said a technical issue prevented some Houston customers from using its app.

Uber apologized to customers on Twitter who experienced difficulties Monday evening.

An Uber driver told ABC13 Eyewitness News that personnel behind the wheel were also experiencing issues on their end.
