Tips are no longer accepted at a Pittsburgh restaurant, and the employees couldn't be happier.

The surprising opposition seems to be coming from customers.

Unpredictable pay checks are a thing of the past for these for these restaurant workers. No tipping means they get standardized checks, plus health insurance. The owner raised prices to do this, but customers are more concerned about a decline in service.

"If everybody gets paid the same, I don't think that's good. There's no motivation to work harder," one customer said.

"I think it's good that they get more money, but I still think they could get a tip because it shows your gratitude," another customer said.

The restaurant owner disagrees, he said his employees are more motivated than ever. And if anyone does leave a tip, they donate it to charity.
