2 rescued after boat capsized on Houston Ship Channel

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Coast Guard had to rescue two people on Friday after their boat flipped over near the Houston Ship Channel.

A witness saw the wake of a large boat capsized the small craft north of the Texas City Dike. The witness called the Coast Guard, who picked the boaters up around 5:30pm. Fortunately they weren't hurt.
