BAYTOWN, TX (KTRK) -- There's a developing story near Baytown, where kerosene has reportedly spilled into the bayou.

It's happening on Cedar Bayou at Tabbs Bay. At this point, we don't know details of the spill, but the cleanup is being handled by the U.S. Coast Guard.
