BAYTOWN, TX --
A man drowned during a party at his home in Baytown last night. The home on Bay Oaks Harbor near Bay Island is right on the water. Police say the victim was celebrating with friends on the dock at around 8:30am when he somehow fell into the bay and drowned.
Police are still investigating the exact circumstances of the drowning.
