Man serving public punishment for Harris Co. DWI death

HOUSTON

Michael Giacona was seen at the corner of Huffmeister and Spring Cypress in northwest Harris County on Saturday.

He was holding a sign that read "I killed Aaron Coy Pennywell while driving drunk."

Giacona was accused of driving drunk when he crashed into a vehicle, killing Pennywell, in June.

Pennywell's friend tells us Giacona served 90 days in jail and will have to spend four weekends holding the sign.
