Two years after a fire destroyed a church, the congregation is preparing to build a new home.

Servant-Savior Presbyterian Church held a groundbreaking ceremony Sunday in southeast Houston.

The property had signs with pictures of the design for the new building.

Construction begins next week.

The church has about 40 members, and they say the new building will be a new beginning for their mission.
