Police say the victim was riding his bike with a friend on the sidewalk of Hillcroft and Clarewood when a Hispanic man shot him and fled. The man was hit several times and taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
Witnesses say the suspect belonged to a gang. Police believe he may have mistaken the victim for a rival gang member.
