Special needs girl scout troop gets new leader

HOUSTON

We first told you about Troop 21 back in July.

Charlotte Sewell founded Troop 21, which is made up of women ages 40 to 50 who are developmentally disabled.

Sewell was forced to step down as leader because of health issues, and the troop almost had to disband with no one to take over.

After the story aired, the group received dozens of calls from viewers like you who wanted to help. They introduced Troop 21's newest leader -- Carol Wiggs -- Sunday.
