SUV driver loses control, slams into tree

HOUSTON The crash happened on Park View at Lake Harbor Way in west Harris County. The driver was headed westbound. She lost control and slid sideways into the tree. The impact was on the driver's side.

The woman was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police will test her for alcohol.
