Section of FM 1960's name change goes into effect

HOUSTON FM 1960 between Aldine-Westfield and Highway 249 is now also called the Cypress Creek Parkway. The alternate name means the road's original name stays in place, but another name is added. Highway 249 also known as the Tomball Parkway is a good example of the phenomenon.
