The bank filed the lawsuit on Monday, claiming the hotel chain owes about $27 million and has been in default on various loans since November of 2009.
The Piccadilly Inn hotels have been in business in the Valley since 1973. Action News attempted to contact the hotel's business headquarters in Texas. But our calls have not been returned.
