Police seek information on cold case murder from 1994

HOUSTON Edward Charles Mattimoe, 33, lived with his mother in the 600 block of Nottingham Oaks in west Houston. On January 4, 1994 around 11:45pm, he stepped out of his apartment to smoke a cigarette. Shortly after, his mother and some neighbors heard two pops. Edward stumbled back inside and told his mother he had been shot, and collapsed in the doorway.
