Drunken thief takes country singer's guitar

NASHVILLE, TN The Gibson guitar worth about $4,000 was returned to a Detroit radio station by a friend of an anonymous thief. No charges are being filed in the aftermath of Friday's concert.

Moore says he doesn't hold a grudge and would buy the fan a beer if they were to meet at a future show. Moore says everybody has gotten drunk and made stupid mistakes.

Moore scored his first No. 1 with "Small Town USA" last year off his debut self-titled album. He just wrapped up a run on Brad Paisley's American Saturday Night Tour.
