Man fatally shot wearing bulletproof vest

Investigators say they had initially gotten a call about a car that had crashed into a tree off Coulson near Sheffield Saturday morning. They found the victim had been shot in the head. He later died at a hospital.

Police say the victim had several weapons in his car. So far there have been no arrests.
