Nineteen-year-old Juan Carlos Rodriguez' body was found on the side of the rode off Brownsville near Freeport. A witness reported hearing shots and seeing Rodriguez fall to the ground. He had been driving a green Ford Tempo at the time. That vehicle is now missing.
