Dentist gets jail for bathroom peeping

Byron Weinle plead guilty to improper photography. Prosecutors say Weinle set up a closed circuit television system at Magnolia Dental Center in southeast Houston and videotaped people in the restroom.

Weinle was sentenced to 30 days in jail, four year's probation and he must write a letter of apology to the victims.
