Kent was set to go on trial January 26 on charges he made unwanted sexual advances toward a former case manager. Earlier this week, Kent was indicted on three new criminal charges. He's accused of aggravated sexual abuse of another female employee and then lying about it to investigators.
Kent has pleaded not guilty on all six charges. His trial on the first charge could begin at the end of next month.
