Cable customer won't pay $931 bill

GALVESTON, TX A local woman will not have to pay a thousand dollars to Comcast after all.

On Monday we told you about Cheryl Clemons. She lived in Galveston and was a Hurricane Ike victim. She was charged for not returning her Comcast cable equipment, which was destroyed during the storm.

After our story aired, Comcast told Clemons she will not have to pay those charges.
