Lover's quarrel leads to gun shots

HOUSTON The boyfriend was apparently upset with his girlfriend for breaking up with him. According to police he broke down the front door of her house on Tavenor near Leitrim around midnight. The woman ran to her bedroom where he followed her.

Police say she then pulled out a gun and shot him several times. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
