Those documents show the three band members granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, to buy a 2.8 million dollar, six-bedroom house in the Vaquero neighborhood.
The documents were signed June 12th.
A publicist for the band, which began a nationwide tour last month, declined comment.
The eldest Jonas, 20-year-old Kevin, was born in Dallas but grew up in New Jersey with brothers Joe, who's 18 and 15-year-old Nick.
The exclusive North Texas neighborhood already includes major leaguer Mark Teixeira, former Cowboys quarterback Drew Bledsoe and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw.
