Man accused of fatally shooting stepfather

PEARLAND, TX It happened around 8:15pm at a home off Garden Brook near Rosharon. An 18-year-old who is accused of firing the shots is in custody. He reportedly was trying to defend his mother from his stepfather.

The victim died after being shot in the back.
