One man missing after SE Houston chase
HOUSTON Investigators say when an officer pulled over a car for traffic violations near Live Oak at Wheeler, the front seat passenger jumped out and ran. The driver was arrested for outstanding traffic warrants while another officer chased the passenger, but lost sight of him.
